The Maldives U20 national football team have concluded their training camp in Singapore as they continue preparations for the upcoming SAFF U20 Championship 2026.
In their second friendly match of the camp, Maldives suffered a 6–2 defeat against Singapore U20 national football team. The Maldivian goals were scored by Nassah and Anoof
Earlier in the camp, Maldives secured a 4–3 victory in their first friendly match, giving the squad valuable match experience during the training stint.
Despite the loss in the final game, the camp provided important preparation for the young Maldivian side as they continue building towards the regional tournament.
Maldives are set to kick off their SAFF U20 Championship 2026 campaign on March 23 against Sri Lanka U20 national football team.
